  1. Staff note that the plan author submitted the following comments: “I have talked with several people about reshaping of District 79 Florida House to be a rural/agriculture seat. I have attached a suggested district design which includes Okeechobee, rural Osceola, East Polk and ag areas of south Brevard and Indian River. The largest towns would be Okeechobee and St. Cloud. Agriculture issues are not the same as city/beach folks.”
