    I still believe the best gold coast representation is provided by HPUBC0031 from Sean Phillippi

  2. I think this does a good job of keeping the Poinciana/Kissimmee area in central Florida within a single district. Because this ranks among one of the fastest population growth areas in the state over the past decade, and because it consists of a population showing similar characteristics I think it important to provide single district representation as opposed to fragmentation. From a Polk and Osceola County viewpoint it looks quite good.
