    District 3 is at least an improvement in that it does not stretch to Orlando

  2. This map violates Amendment 6 because it splits the 83,000 person CDP of Poinciana into multiple districts. Yes Poinciana is not a city because the Florida Legislature would not allow the people to vote on the issue. Now again they will be denied representation by a single district elected official.
